There’s no better way to experience the culture, heart and values of our team than Staff Chapel—and you’re invited.
Twice a year, YOU AND YOUR TEAM can attend either in person or online and experience the motivation, inspiration, and leadership DNA that drives People’s Church behind the scenes. You and your team will leave equipped to love and lead with greater vision, passion, and clarity.
In addition to joining All Staff Chapel:
- Enjoy a free lunch with the staff of People’s Church following one of our All Staff Chapels.
- After one of the All Staff Chapels, you and your team are invited to attend our campus pastors meeting.
- After one of the All Staff Chapels, you and your team are invited to attend a Lead team meeting and see how Pastor Herbert leads the meeting.
Coaching from Pastor Herbert
- On a selected Sunday, visit People’s Church and shadow Pastor Herbert and our campus pastors and see how we lead Sunday services.
- Two times a year, join a meeting with Pastor Herbert via zoom for investment in the leadership of you and your staff/volunteers.
- Twice per year, your female pastors and the wives of pastors on your team are invited to meet with Pastor Tiffany for encouragement and leadership investment.
- Once per year, you and your team meet with our Lead Pastor, Scotty Gibbons, and he will invest in your leadership and growth.
On-Demand Access to More Conference Main Sessions
As a More Church Network member, you’ll get exclusive access to the main session recordings from the More Conference. You will have the opportunity to revisit the powerful teaching, leadership insights, and spiritual impartation.
