Our next More Network coaching session is coming up on Thursday, July 16! This month’s Zoom call will be led by Pastor Kyla Dufrene, Kids Pastor at our OKC location. Pastor Kyla also leads all of our kids pastors across our campuses. With more than 20 years of experience in kids ministry—from serving as a volunteer at People’s Church to now being a full time pastor leading teams and developing leaders—Kyla brings practical insight and encouragement for every level of leadership. During this call, she’ll share strategies for engaging your team before they serve each week, creating stronger connection and ownership, along with practical ways to keep kids engaged and thriving throughout their class experience.
